      Please ensure this is the Copyright Owner of the Music Video Master Rights For All Media, Worldwide, In Perpetuity. If relevant include the name of sub-label/affiliate.

       

      The Copyright Owner of the Music Video Master agrees that THE BASE TV may make minor edits to videos and add informational signs containing age rating where required in order to comply with any applicable laws or broadcast regulations worldwide.

       

      The undersigned Record Label/Artist acknowledges that this Music Video is submitted to THE BASE TV for exhibition (in whole or in part including the use of audio-visual, audio-only and visual-only excerpts in THE BASE TV, its Affiliates and

         

        /or licensees programming and promos) without limitation as part of THE BASE WORLD’s (including its licensees) worldwide programming services, in all media and by all delivery methods.

           

          Where the Record Company owns the publishing rights in the Music Video, THE BASE TV is hereby granted a non-exclusive synchronization license to use the composition(s) of the Track in THE BASE TV programmers’ and/or productions worldwide in all media

             

            in perpetuity. Record Label/Artist warrants and represents that the Music Video submitted herein is free and clear for exhibition by THE BASE WORLD, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and licensees worldwide, in perpetuity,

               

              in all media and does not infringe the rights of any third party. Record Label/Artist hereby indemnifies and shall defend THE BASE TV and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and licensees from and against any damages,

                 

                suits or expenses arising from any breach or alleged breach of this representation. This form is governed by the law of Nigeria and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian Courts.
