Vinka was born on June 27th 1994 to Mr & Mrs Luggya. Vinka always had a passion for music, as she started singing at school where she did music, dance and drama. She later on joined the music industry in a dance group called Spurs. This dance group had won the Hot steps schools category, during her dance career Vinka had danced for various artists who included Maurice kira, Jackie Chandiru and the late Sera among others. Vinka later Join Swangz Avenue in 2013 as an artist manager during which she managed Irene Ntale, Winnie Nwagi, Joel Kisakye, Zulanda and Blackskin. Vinka left music management and decided to pure her dream of becoming a musician when she singed for Swangz Avenue as a recording artist in October 2016. It,s from this point that Vinka debuted her first single Level that was a massive club banger under Swangz Avenue a premier record label in Kampala Uganda.
